  • Membership card is non-transferable.

  • The membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred for cash. The membership benefits are valid for the named member only.

  • Supplementary card and Primary card cannot be used at the same time, in the same Hotel outlet and/or for the same meal period, to enjoy the dining benefits.

  • The membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer and are subject to any applicable terms and conditions.

  • The participating hotel & restaurant listings, membership benefits and any terms and conditions communicated in this or any other Starwood Privilege material may be subject to change without notice. Where possible, members will be kept updated on any such changes through the Starwood Privilege Website, the membership newsletters and other media.

  • Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through payment for the Starwood Privilege membership, a member accepts these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, and agrees to be bound by them.

  • Starwood Asia-Pacific Hotels & Resorts Pte. Ltd. ("Starwood") reserves the right to cancel or suspend membership at any time if it is suspected that there is any breach of these terms and conditions or the membership is being abused or operated fraudulently. Breach of these terms and conditions, fraud or abuse concerning Starwood Privilege membership or usage of membership benefits is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by Starwood.

  • Only one name per card is allowed; the membership card must be signed by the authorised user immediately upon receipt.

  • No commission will be earned by any party in respect of bookings for accommodation pursuant to the membership benefits, even if such bookings are made by or through a travel agent.

  • Lost or stolen membership cards must be immediately reported to Starwood Privilege Customer Service. An administration fee will be charged for a replacement membership card, which will have the same expiry as the original membership card. Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Requests for cancellations of membership by members must be made within seven working days of the date of receipt of the membership card. Such cancellation will not be effective and there will be no refund of the membership fee until all cards and membership materials including all unused vouchers have been returned to the issuing agent.  The membership fee will not be refunded if vouchers have been issued. A cancellation fee of US$50 per card/membership will be applied.

  • Membership benefits may vary, depending on the location where the membership is purchased.  Subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the specific programme location, a supplementary membership may be offered for those partners of members who wish to utilize the standard dining and accommodation benefits.

  • The Starwood Privilege programme is void where prohibited by law and all conditions, warranties or other terms implied by law, are excluded to the fullest extent, permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

  • By providing their information, members authorize Starwood Asia Pacific Hotels & Resorts Pte. Ltd., and its affiliated and subsidiary companies, (the "Starwood Group"): to collect, process and use the data provided for any lawful, Starwood Group business related purpose including marketing and communications with members via electronic direct mail, newsletter and SMS  in relation to the products and services offered by the Starwood Privilege programme; to store the data at and transmit the data to various location(s), either directly or through its third party vendor(s), as the Starwood Group deems appropriate, throughout the world, whether within members’ country of residence, the United States, or elsewhere.
